Freezing cold. Bad food. Nope!

Just picked up the meatloaf sandwich special, Delmonico steak special, and spinach dip. The steak fries were incredible. More like potato wedges and best my boyfriend and I have ever had! Absolutely amazing! Definitely will be ordering again and look forward to coming to eat when you are able to reopen!

Good food, good service, cold beer.

Small town establishment with a high-end bar and restaurant. The relaxed atmosphere and good tunes make for a fun weekend stop on your way to and from the mountain. Locals will find the place spiffed up and still a favorite.

I’ve had the take out now twice from here during the quarantine and the food has been excellent I did the family style country fried rib eye tonight and its the best I’ve ever had. Prices were very reasonable and great size portions. Friendly service also highly recommend

Loved the hospitality of Dave the owner. A welcoming character who loves his Harleys, and has skied all over the US and Canada. He prides himself in his smoker to do ribs, brisket and a few other meats, and does a great prime rib on the weekends. The place is well situated beside Bristol Mountain and an easy walk from Filigree Inn. If your staying at the Inn, put this spot on your dinner stops. If your on a road trip through the finger lakes region this is a good place to stop.

We’ve been there now 3 times since new reopening. Have enjoyed our meals, drinks & service. Great job with renovations, new owners are super.👍

Can't beat this place after a long day of skiing. Ordered a burger and 20 wings with 2 beers for me and my girlfriend - 40 bucks! Bartender/server was a sweetheart and the atmosphere was cozy. Cool stuff covered all the walls - check it out on your way home from bristol mtn!

Excellent food, soda dispensers need to be cleaned or replaced, soda tasted weird.

We were celebrating Valentine's a day late,but not a place for a quiet romantic dinner. Got a table right away even though the place was full. Unfortunately right by side door that kids kept using. Too cold for that. Loud drunk people two tables down from us, I guess it is a bar. The prime rib was pretty good,but nothing special. Waitress was really nice and it was good service. Not sure if we'll try it again.

It was an amazing experience. The food was great, much better than what I expected. And the service was even better! The young waitress was super sweet, always asking if we need anything, but not in an intrusive way. And her recommendation was the best

Got food to go and had a beer

Easy place to grab a nice lunch and adult beverage after doing the 7 course zip line on Bristol Mountain.

Ordered prime rib at 5:00. The last two left. It was cold and tuff. I ordered princess and my husband ordered queen. There wasn't any difference in size at all.

So...we waited almost 4 weeks after the opening and here we go:Ordered wings. No flavor. Wings tasted frozen. I could taste the sauce which was a good mild sauce. The french onion soup was very good. They only had one flavor of white claw which was odd to me and the Coors light draft was not very cold. The spinach artichoke dip: the center was freezing cold and the outside was scalding hot. Service was questionable. It was not busy enough for 4 servers but still took a while for a drink while seated at a table. Maybe we should have given them more time.

It was great to have a meal at the Lock.Reasonable price, friendly servers an a wonderful. Outdoor venue.Join us.

Very friendly, can't wait to eat there again! They even had Fernet Branca! Which is a hard to come by Italian digestive liquor.

Fabulous service, amazing food (prime rib on the wknd is fantastic), cozy atmosphere.....but the highlight is Maggie, the owner’s dog, doing her rounds to make sure everyone feels welcome :).

Homey local dive with seviceable food. Beer lines could use cleaning, and some local choices. There are better choices nearby.

The owner was our bartender. She was absolutely amazing. So personable and so attentive. We ordered chicken wings and cheese garlic bread. Both items were exceptional. Our drinks were well made and they did not skimp on the alcohol. This bar has darts, a fireplace and outdoor seating. Come support this new ownership, they are doing it right!

This is always a family favourite but I have to comment this time. We came with our little family and grandparents (2 small children, 4 adults). We had Christy as a waitress, new to Lock's Stock & Barrel. She was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, super helpful with our small children ( getting a highchair before asking, getting paper and crayons before us asking, suggestions for children's meals). She brought our oldest over to the regular lab that's there to give her treats, our daughter loved it. We got Prime rib sandwiches ... Ummm amazing! There was not a single issue with food or service. Canandaigua beer was great . My husband got a hot dog which is a tradition for us to get in honor of my grandfather who used to order this every time... Amazing as always . Inviting atmosphere... Great music... Football.. pretty sure it couldn't have been better . As always. Thanks guys, thanks Christy!

Great atmosphere, a bit like a mountain ski lodge with vintage ski decor. If the Fireplace gets working more efficiently to blow heat into the room, I'll change to five stars!

Poor service when i went. Hostess ignored me, waitress took order and disappeared for 40 mins, burger was cold and half the toppings were missing, half of the burger was well done other half was rare ( yes really). I would have complained, but again no staff around till we were walking toward the door. Very sad.Friend tried a secong time, bartender ignored him and the lady owner was rude. So we wont be going back and neither will many people i know that have had the same experience.

Great food in a casual atmosphere entertainment on the weekends. Love the prime rib.
